How to Start a Return
Contact us within 14 days
Email contact@rosemaryhomeco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Do not send the item back before hearing from us.
We send you a return label
If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Send the item back
Pack the item in its original packaging with tags attached and drop it off using the provided label.
We inspect your return
Once received, we inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Refund processed
If approved, your refund is automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange
Return the item you have (following the steps above), and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This is the quickest way to get the right product to you without waiting for a processed exchange.
