Product What's included in a complete set?

Every set includes a quilt cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet and two standard pillowcases — everything you need to make your bed beautifully. Nothing extra to buy.

Product What sizes are available?

All sets are available in Single, Queen and King. Size options are shown on each product page before you add to cart.

Product What's the difference between the Patterned and Signature collections?

The Patterned collection is a 205 thread count twill weave — crisp, fresh and full of colour. The Signature collection is a 295 thread count sateen — silkier, smoother, and available in timeless neutral tones. Both are 100% cotton and machine washable. See the full comparison →

Product Are the sheets machine washable?

Yes — all our bedding is machine washable. Gentle cycle at 40°C or below with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry. The cotton gets softer with every wash.

Product Will the sheets shrink?

All natural cotton can shrink slightly on the first wash. We recommend washing in cool water (30–40°C) and avoiding high heat in the dryer to keep them in the best shape.

Shipping How long does shipping take?

Standard Australian shipping takes 3–7 business days. Melbourne metro orders placed before midday qualify for same-day local delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies to all complete bedding sets across Australia. Shipping for individual piece orders is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes — we ship to New Zealand. Select NZD from the currency switcher in the top menu. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at contact@rosemaryhomeco.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Full refund policy →

Orders My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Check your tracking link in the dispatch email first. If it's been more than 7 business days with no update, contact us via the form above with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Orders Can I change or cancel my order?
